Thanks to all my clients for your words of encouragement, great feedback and most of all, sharing your wonderful stories with me. It has indeed been a fantastic experience talking with all of you and I will surely miss this daily contact.

** Prices include Shipping and Handling. Overnight shipping is available.
Cakes that are shipped must be gift-wrapped to prevent damage during transportation.

Ordering

Safety and Privacy
Strong security measures are used to prevent loss or misuse of your information in our records. Please do not email your credit card details to us.

Telephone Orders
We accept telephone or fax orders too. Please use our Order Form as a guide to provide the necessary information.

You can also email us with all information except credit card information. Include your daytime phone number so we can call you back and get your credit card number for payment.

Payment Options
CakesByJoan accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and the Discover card. We accept checks in the local Santa Cruz area. We do not accept CODs.

International Orders
We cannot ship to international addresses, including APO addresses. However, we can accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the United States.

Ordering and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive order confirmation. If you provide an email address, we can notify you when your order has been shipped.

Delivery
CakesByJoan ships all over the United States via UPS Two Day Air, Monday through Wednesday. If you prefer, we can also ship UPS Overnight Monday through Thursday. At the present time, we cannot accept same day orders.
